Receipt of Goods All King Rich products will be sent within 28 days, by recorded delivery. Returns Policy In the event of receiving any damaged or faulty King Rich merchandise please contact the sales team via email at sales@kingrich.co.uk stating the problem and whether you'd prefer an exchanged product or full refund. Once we receive delivery of the returned goods, we will issue your full refund or replacement within 28 days by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
